A Big Bold Beautiful Journey, the "fantastical" new film starring Margot Robbie and Colin Farrell, has released its first trailer.
The upcoming romantic fantasy, from director Kogonada (Columbus, After Yang), sees Robbie and Farrell play Sarah and David respectively, with the story following the pair of strangers and the "unimaginable journey" that ties them together.
Ahead of its release in September, the film has unveiled its magical first trailer, which sees the central pair initially meet at a rain-soaked wedding. After bumping into each other again, the duo are physically transported to the past as they relive their memories.

Written by Seth Reiss, A Big Bold Beautiful Journey boasts a stacked supporting cast including Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Jodie Turner-Smith, Billy Magnussen, Kevin Kline, Lily Rabe and Chloe East.
"What if you could open a doorway and walk through it to relive a defining moment from your past?" teases the synopsis. "Sarah and David are single strangers who meet at a mutual friend’s wedding and soon, through a surprising twist of fate, find themselves on A Big Bold Beautiful Journey."

The "funny, fantastical" and "sweeping adventure" enables the pair to relive "important moments from their respective pasts" which "illuminates" the present moment, all while possibly giving them a chance to "alter their futures".
In a previous statement regarding the film, Tim Rothman, chairman and CEO of Sony Pictures' Motion Picture Group, said: "Every once in a great while in this job, you read a script so special and original, that you fly to the last page, inspired and uplifted.
"A Big Bold Beautiful Journey by Seth Reiss is such a great script, and together with the superb director Kogonada, the perfect cast of Colin and Margot, and top-flight producers… It is a project from heaven. We believe the audience is desperate for originality, and we feel honoured and grateful to [share it]."
A Big Bold Beautiful Journey is scheduled to be released in UK and US cinemas on 19 September.
