Guy Ritchie's action comedy The Gentlemen has finally confirmed the release date for its second season, while also releasing a stylish new teaser trailer to get us hyped.
The Netflix show, based on the 2019 film directed by Ritchie, will be back on Thursday, 3 September.
The teaser takes us to Lake Maggiore, where our protagonists are enjoying the finer things in life. Of course, it's not long before we see people getting beaten up, stabbed, and shot to death. And there's a tiger thrown in for good measure too.

"It's been one year since Eddie and Susie joined forces to work together in Bobby's criminal empire overseas", reads the official synopsis.
"As they drive to expand their enterprise, the decisions Bobby is making seem to be increasingly unsound. Now Eddie and Susie must decide whether to take action or risk losing it all, but unfettered ambition never ends well…"

Alongside returning cast members Theo James, Ray Winstone and Vinnie Jones, you may have also noticed Paddington and Downton Abbey actor Hugh Bonneville, and Love Island presenter Maya Jama, making brief appearances.
They're just some of the names announced for season 2, alongside former Hollyoaks star Tyler Conti and professional boxer Chris Eubank Jr.

Earlier this year, Theo James teased that the second season is "fun, and still funny" while warning fans that "it's also darker": "[It] goes a little wild."
In Digital Spy's review of season 1, we called The Gentlemen "the best thing [Guy Ritchie]'s done in years", so it's safe to say that we're as excited as you are for it come back.
It's not the only action show that has confirmed a return release date today, as MobLand also revealed when it's coming back for second season. And yes, it dropped a teaser trailer too.
The Gentlemen season 1 can be streamed on Netflix now, with season 2 set to premiere on Thursday, 3 September.
