Sneaky Pete, a crime series created by Breaking Bad's Bryan Cranston, is getting a new streaming home in the UK. It's been confirmed that the show will arrive to Netflix on 10 July, so mark your calendars if you're keen to check it out.

It stars Friends actor Giovanni Ribisi (who is also known for roles in the American sitcom My Name Is Earl, as well as the Tom Hanks blockbuster Saving Private Ryan) as the central character of Marius Josipović. Sneaky Pete follows a former prisoner who takes on the identity of his old cellmate to try and avoid his own past.

Television writer and producer David Shore, whose other credits include the acclaimed medical drama House as well as the more recent The Good Doctor, was also a co-creator.

Sneaky Pete first premiered in 2015 on Prime Video and received largely positive reviews from critics. The first season currently boasts an impressive 97% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, with Collider calling it an "easily binge-able caper" and MTV concurring that the series is "a perfect candidate for binge-watching."

"Sneaky Pete adds up to a sharp crime drama, focused on delivering strong performances within an entertaining premise," read the review in Screenrant, while Guardian branded it "thumping good fun..."
