With a new Fred and Rose West documentary now trending on Netflix, now is the perfect time to revisit Dominic West's "searingly powerful" true crime drama Appropriate Adult.
The streaming platform recently released a three-part documentary delving into the lives and horrifying crimes of the notorious British serial killers, which jumped to number one in the TV top 10 on Netflix just a few days after its debut.

Initially airing on ITV back in 2011, the two-part series delves into the harrowing events surrounding the Wests' arrests and the subsequent investigation, focusing particularly on Janet Leach, the 'appropriate adult' assigned to be present during Fred's police interviews.
The official synopsis reads: "The life of housewife Janet Leach is transformed when she is asked by police to act as an 'appropriate adult' for a man they have arrested - serial killer Fred West."
