James Norton has teased what fans can expect from his upcoming turn in Steven Knight's new Netflix series House of Guinness.

The show is set in 19th-century Dublin, also spanning across to New York, and the story will focus on the family behind the famous brewery.

The Happy Valley star – whose new British film Joy is currently trending on the streaming service – will take on the role of Sean Rafferty, who Norton describes as being "as Dubs as they come".

"It's an amazing group of people, a lot of Irish actors, lots of Guinness, I'm the only non-Irish interloper who ironically is playing the most Irish of them all, I've got to be as Dubs as they come," he explained.
