Coronation Street spoilers follow.
Coronation Street has confirmed that killer Stephen Reid will claim another victim next week.
Stephen has spent the past few months covering up the death of Leo Thompkins – but he's about to have another tragedy on his conscience.
In next week's episodes, Stephen is relieved that Leo's father Teddy hasn't regained his memories after his involvement in a nasty car accident at Christmas.
Teddy had rumbled Stephen's guilt over Leo's disappearance, but was then hit by a van outside the pub. When Teddy later regained consciousness in hospital, he didn't remember the exact details of what had happened.

With Teddy now oblivious to Stephen's secrets, they strike up a surprising bond while spending time at the Rovers Return together.
Teddy senses that Stephen is getting fed up with Elaine Jones wanting to spend so much time with him. He jumps in by joining the pair in a booth at the pub – and while Elaine is irritated by the interruption, Stephen is secretly grateful.
Once Elaine has left, Stephen thanks Teddy by offering to get the next round of drinks in. The jovial atmosphere turns sour when Teddy suddenly remembers something about the accident, leaving Stephen in a panic.

Later in the week, Teddy visits the café and another memory is triggered when he finds himself in a conversation with Billy Mayhew.
Teddy heads outside and confronts Stephen, warning that he now remembers everything and believes the shifty businessman has done something to Leo.
Although Stephen tries his best to deny it, Teddy reveals that he remembers every word of their conversation before the accident.
Stephen convinces Teddy to join him inside the factory, promising that they can talk in private.

Teddy continues to accuse Stephen, speculating that he got rid of Leo so that he could have Jenny Connor to himself.
As Teddy threatens to call the police, Stephen hits him over the head. Teddy falls to the ground and is dead – Stephen has killed again.
Todd Boyce, who plays Stephen, told Digital Spy and other media: "Stephen killing Teddy is pre-meditated. At first, Stephen thinks that he's going to try everything he can to talk Teddy down and talk him around.
"Stephen knows that if that doesn't work, he's probably going to have to kill him. With Leo, he was just hiding financial malfeasance – that's why he wanted to not report Leo's kind-of-accidental death.

"But now that he's got one body down, he's perfectly willing to cover that up with another murder."
Asked about Stephen now having to dispose of another body, Todd quipped: "I said to a friend the other day, 'I'm so glad I've gone to the gym all these years, because I've done a lot of heavy lifting!' Probably 10 characters come in very close proximity to Teddy's dead body at the factory, unwittingly, which is very, very funny.
"It's Hitchcock-ish. It's really black and it's 'heart in your throat'. It's great and it's funny with these people very, very close to the body."
Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm on ITV1 and streams on ITVX.
