Coronation Street will finally reveal Johnny Connor's secret connection to Scott Emberton next week.
Fans have been left to speculate over a mysterious connection between Scott (Tom Roberts) and Johnny (Richard Hawley) since April.
Johnny returned to Weatherfield last night, after temporarily departing with his wife Jenny earlier in the year.
Johnny made a hasty exit from the cobbles after Scott – an old acquaintance of his – turned up and moved into the Rovers' B&B room. Although Jenny has since returned, Johnny opted to stay away – until now.
Upon his arrival back home, Johnny finds himself backed into a corner over his secret, especially when Scott insists it's time they had a proper chat.

Jenny is also keen for Johnny to face up to whatever he's hiding – still annoyed with him for staying away for so long.
Although Johnny does his best to pacify Jenny, his secrets will begin to unravel when Scott confronts him in next week's episodes.
As Scott and Johnny discuss a crime they committed over 40 years ago, it's clear that a nervous Johnny is desperate to keep his past from Jenny.
Oblivious to what's going on, Jenny invites Scott to stay for dinner, much to Johnny's discomfort.
Over the course of the evening, Scott regales Jenny with tales of his and Johnny's younger days.
Jenny is highly amused by her husband's secret past, but Johnny squirms. What else will Scott reveal?
