Coronation Street spoilers follow.
Coronation Street's Johnny Connor is set to return to Weatherfield next week, having been gone for months.
Johnny and Jenny both departed earlier this year after an old acquaintance of his named Scott Emberton turned up and moved into the Rovers' B&B room. Jenny has since returned, but Johnny had elected to stay away.
That's all going to change across next week's episodes though, as Jenny will be very unimpressed with Johnny when he finally comes back from France. She'll confront him and demand he tells her whatever it is that he's hiding, but he's going to insist that he just needed more time away.

Jenny won't be the only one to confront Johnny, however.

Scott will turn up and tell Johnny that it's time that the two of them had a talk.
Scott has been shrouded in mystery since he arrived, but he seemed to show his true colours when he exchanged some tense words with Peter Barlow, basically confirming that he was the one who beat up the blackmailing squat junkies Jordan and Chelsey.
But Johnny isn't the only character who will return next week.
Kevin Webster's younger sister Debbie will come back too, and she won't hesitate to voice her displeasure of his relationship with Abi Franklin.
Coronation Street airs these scenes on Monday, August 24, Wednesday, August 26 and Friday, August 28 at 7.30pm on ITV.
