Comic Relief 2025 has revealed the amount of money it has raised following a special 40th anniversary episode.
Hosted by Davina McCall, Alison Hammond, Joel Dommett, Alesha Dixon, Jonathan Ross, Rylan Clark, AJ Odudu and Tom Allen, tonight marked the first show without former host Lenny Henry, who has stepped down from the role.
At the time of writing, Comic Relief: Funny for Money has raised a total of £34,022,590. The figure is currently down from 2024's Red Nose Day, which took a total of £37,019,832.
"A huge thank you to all of you who have donated tonight," host Allen said after the sum was revealed.
The live show featured a number of comedy sketches as well as live performances from musicians and some celebrity guests.
Kicking things off, People Just Do Nothing's Chabuddy G took on the Gladiators in a hilarious bit which saw the character take part in the reality show, choosing the nickname 'Girth, Wind and Fire'.

Comic Relief co-founder Lenny Henry also made a brief appearance showing off some clips from the past 40 years.
During the show, Taskmaster's Gregg Davis dropped in on a fundraiser where students set their teachers Taskmaster style tasks and Munya Chawawa interviewed Succession's Brian Cox.

In another funny sketch, which included a special voiceover from Miranda Hart, comedians Russell Kane and Rachel Parris became Strictly Come Dancing pros.
Judges Anton Du Beke, Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse and Craig Revel Horwood also made cameo appearances alongside hosts Tess Daily and Claudia Winkleman.
Also on tonight's Red Nose Day special, the Sugababes gave a performance of their new single 'Stronger'.
Former racing driver Billy Monger also raised money for the event, completing an Iron Man challenge in Hawaii while attempting a world record. He raised £1,287,259 toward the total.

And Made in Chelsea star Jamie Laing finished a five-day Ultra Marathon Man Challenge before ending up in the studio. He has fundraised a total of £2,053,835 so far.
Meanwhile, a comedy clip titled Oasis: The Reunion saw Inbetweeners stars James Buckley and Joe Thomas reunite for the spoof of the Manchester band which included cameos from Tommy Fury and Strictly's Tasha Ghouri.
In a tearful moment, host Davina McCall opened up about the "hardest thing she's ever been through" following brain surgery.
