The relaunch of Gladiators on the BBC earlier this year proved to be a decision worth taking, with the revived '90s hit pulling in millions of viewers every Saturday night to watch 16 spray-tanned warriors battle it out with civilians.
Gladiators kicked the year off with a campy bang, and the BBC has already promised fans the show will be back for a second helping of fun with its jacked cast.
The Beeb's head of entertainment Kalpna Patel-Knight said of the show's success: "It has been wonderful to hear how much families have loved watching this together, as part of the BBC's Saturday evening entertainment offering. We can't wait for more action from the Gladiators."
So when will we next see the athletes do battle under the studio lights? Here's everything we know.
When does Gladiators start?
Gladiators will reportedly be back in 2025, with filming of the 11 episodes said to be underway this summer, according to the Daily Star.
If that feels like a long time coming, fear not, because there's some Gladiators-related content en route to plug the gap. The BBC has announced a one-off celebrity special is in the works.

When Gladiators proper does return to the enormous soft-play sets, the BBC confirmed that Bradley Walsh will be back to present the show alongside his nepo-baby Barney.
