Blood, a psychological thriller that stars Line of Duty's Adrian Dunbar and first aired on 5 in the UK and on Virgin Media One in Ireland, has found itself a new streaming home in the UK.
The first season of the show follows a woman, played by Unforgotten's Carolina Main, who returns home to her rural town after learning that her elderly mother has died.
While everyone tells her that it's an accident, painful memories from her childhood that have started to resurface lead her to think that her father is responsible. Everyone becomes suspicious of each other, and paranoia runs amok, but what is the truth?
The second season, which aired two years later in 2020, does carry on the story but to explain it would be to spoil what came before.
Blood is coming to Netflix on Sunday, 19 October, although it's also available to stream via Acorn TV right now (on its own site or as a Prime Video add-on channel).

The show received some strong reviews when it aired, with The Guardian calling it "one of the strongest dramas of recent years" and "a smart, gripping saga that credits its audience with intelligence".
"This gripping series wastes no time in ratcheting up the tension, and the intriguing characters and back story make it feel like surprises could spring from any quarter," wrote the Sydney Morning Herald.
The Irish Times praised Main's "excellent, admirably understated" performance, and for the "refreshing" way it presents Ireland on screen.

"There are plenty of smart twists," TIME Magazine wrote in a round-up of overlooked shows. It added that "the quintessential Irishness of the six-part show—from the emerald landscapes to the readings of Yeats poems—is a pleasure unto itself".
Meanwhile, Dunbar gave us a promising update about the long-awaited seventh season of Line of Duty, although nothing has been officially announced yet.
"We’re really excited about getting our hands on a Line of Duty script, to see what happens to us. Jed [Mercurio] is writing. We’ve talked to the BBC," he said.
"It is down to the BBC to make an announcement, but we’re keeping our fingers crossed that next year we’ll be working on a new series. No doubt Jed will think of some interesting twists and turns."
Blood can be streamed now on Acorn TV, and will come to Netflix on 19 October.
