Created by Zach Baylin, the limited series is now available to stream on Netflix and, judging by the reviews, you won't want to miss it.
CBR hailed the show as "one of Netflix's greatest crime thrillers ever", adding: "Audiences will embrace Black Rabbit because it may stretch the boundaries of believability, but beneath all those distractions is something fundamentally human."
Screen Rant called Bateman's performance "a career best", likening the new series to his previous work in Ozark, saying: "Netflix's Ozark replacement is even better than Ozark."

"Above all, what Black Rabbit demonstrates more than anything might be one of the rarest qualities in any modern streaming series, especially on Netflix – artistic vision and care," they added.
"It’s a riveting and devastating ride, anchored by some of the most mercurial performances you’ll see on TV this year," penned Vulture. "Tumbling into the Friedkins’ shadowy burrow can be harrowing at times, but it’s a fall worth taking when you have Vince and Jake waiting at the bottom."
Meanwhile, The Hollywood Reporter was less impressed, with their review calling Black Rabbit "a show and restaurant that offer the empty calories of star power but no nutritional value".
Black Rabbit is now streaming on Netflix.
