This week promises to be pretty special for TV fanatics, as one of Netflix's biggest shows is finally back after a long wait. Yes, Wednesday's second season will return on Wednesday 6 August, but Jenna Ortega's mystery series is not the only thing to add to your watch list.
As usual, we're here to bring you the best of what's on offer for the next seven days of watching. Lesley Manville's powerful drama is also in the mix, as it drops to a new streaming service, as well as a brand new and gripping K-drama.
Wednesday, season 2 part 1
Jenna Ortega will be back to fill the dour shoes of Wednesday Addams, as fans can return to Nevermore Academy for a fresh new tale of misery and woe. The synopsis teases that a "bone-chilling supernatural mystery" will be at play, and we cannot wait.
Wednesday's second season will feature some exciting new cast members, including Joanna Lumley as Grandmama Hester Frump and Billie Piper as Nevermore's head of music Isadora Capri. Let the ghoulish ride begin.

Sherwood
Lesley Manville, Lorraine Ashbourne and David Morrissey's punchy drama finds a new home on U this week.

Written and created by award-winning writer James Graham, the drama first aired on BBC One and has become increasingly popular across its two seasons. Centred on a fractured Nottinghamshire, the story is set against the backdrop of a divided society following the '80s miners' strike.

Nothing Uncovered
Those always looking out for more gripping K-dramas must check out Nothing Uncovered this week. When reporter Seo Jeong-won (played by Kim Ha-neul) is accused of murder, she is forced to work with her detective ex-boyfriend to uncover the truth.
However as they get closer to answers, our protagonist Seo Jeong-won begins to question everything in her life including her marriage.

Platonic, season 2
If you're looking for more of a light and entertaining watch, Platonic returns for a second season. Centring around two childhood best friends, Sylvia (Rose Byrne) and Will (Seth Rogen), who reconnect as adults, the new season is set to throw a whole new host of dramas at the pair, including work dramas and wedding shenanigans.
And more serious problems creep up when their unbreakable friendships poses a problem for Will's girlfriend.
Platonic season 2 is available to stream from 6 August on Apple TV. Season one is available now.
Outlander: Blood of My Blood
Outlander fans have the chance to fall in love with its world again, thanks to the brand new prequel series Outlander: Blood of My Blood.
The series, which takes place across two timelines, will follow the parents of Outlander protagonists Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan) and Claire Beauchamp (Caitríona Balfe).
Outlander: Blood of My Blood will premiere on Starz in the US on 8 August, with episodes following weekly. In the UK, the series will air on 9 August on MGM+.
Celebrity SAS Who Dares Wins, season 7
Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins is back with a new bunch celebrities to be put through their paces, as they must swap their luxurious lifestyles for rigorous and intense military training.
The stars that have signed up to this year's gruelling missions include footballer stars Troy Deeney and Adebayo 'The Beast' Akinfenwa, boxer Conor Benn, as well as Strictly Come Dancing's Tasha Ghouri, Drag Race UK icon Bimini and The Traitors winner Harry Clark.
