The Summer I Turned Pretty is currently dominating the Prime Video UK chart, and for good reason, because season three is releasing weekly at the moment.
Fans (we're fans) just can't get enough. Will Belly do an LC (excuse us while we crossover with some The Hills lore) and actually go to Paris? Is Jeremiah's oddly-timed proposal doomed? Will Conrad finally go after what he actually wants, and what will that mean for Belly and Jeremiah's big day?
With episode four now behind us, and another week to wait for The Summer I Turned Pretty episode five, we've found a bunch of other shows that will help distract you until we can check back in at Cousins.
We Were Liars
Another Prime Video show currently sitting in the streamer's top 10, We Were Liars is also based on a popular YA book. It took a matter of days for the eight-part series to trend on the platform, and fans were quick to talk about its "messed up" ending (which obviously we won't spoil for you here).
With 17-year-old Cady Sinclair at its centre, the drama follows her as she tries to piece together the events that led to a terrible accident which left her with amnesia. We Were Liars has a lot of similar sun-soaked hallmarks, including a wealthy family that heads to a sentimental summer spot every year.
XO, Kitty
Of course, XO Kitty is from the same writer and creator as The Summer I Turned Pretty (not forgetting the To All the Boys trilogy, of which this is a spinoff), so this is an obvious choice.
What to Read Next
When Kitty decides to play teen matchmaker, after reuniting with her long-distance boyfriend at school, a new love story begins to unfold.
Vampire Diaries
A love triangle with two brothers? It's got to be Vampire Diaries – just don't tell anyone whether you're Team Stefan or Team Damon, unless you want a passionate argument to ensue (there's only one correct answer, by the way).
When Elena Gilbert heads back to high school after losing her parents in a tragic accident, she meets – and quickly falls for – a mysterious new boy called Stefan. His broody older brother Damon soon shows up to add some tension, but they also happen to both be vampires.
One Tree Hill
Another high school-set teen drama with two brothers, only this time the main love triangle is between one of them – Lucas Scott – and two best friends, Peyton Sawyer and Brooke Davis.
A classic from the 2000s, One Tree Hill is an absolute burst of nostalgia – but it's trending again thanks to the boxset dropping on ITVX in the UK, so there's no better time to go back. We can hear the theme tune already...
Cruel Summer
Not your stereotypical love triangle, but there's sort of one brewing under the surface. When popular girl Kate Wallis goes missing, Jeanette Turner comes along to take her spot – and her boyfriend. But among the teen drama, there's something more sinister going on in this mystery thriller.
The first season was a hit with fans, and Cruel Summer returned – with a new cast, as part of an anthology – a few years later. Both seasons are streaming now on Prime Video UK, and they're well worth a watch.
Never Have I Ever
When teenager Devi Vishwakumar's father dies, she wants to make some changes to her life. She also has feelings for two boys, Paxton and Ben, and we all know how this sort of thing can play out...
The beloved coming-of-age drama has run for four seasons and won a lot of praise from critics. It is available to binge in its entirety on Netflix.
Outerbanks
Whether it's John B, Sarah and Sarah's ex Topper, or Kiara, Pope and JJ, there are plenty of matters of the heart to go around in Outerbanks.
But the Netflix show is a lot of things all at once, packed with action, a heavy dose of mystery, and lots of adventure, as a group of teens hunt for some legendary treasure that may be linked to the disappearance of one of the group's fathers.
The Summer I Turned Pretty is on Prime Video UK, with new episodes of season 3 dropping every Wednesday.
