Fans of Lee Child's Jack Reacher universe can rejoice, as we have announcements regarding Prime Video's Reacher as well as a highly-anticipated spin-off featuring a popular character.
First of all, the main series will return on 12 August with its fourth season, which kicks off with a triple bill. Following that, episodes will drop weekly until 16 September, which neatly coincides with the release of Neagley.
The spin-off sees Maria Sten reprise her role as the titular private investigator, who is based in Chicago. The release schedule for this series is different to the main show, as all instalments will drop at the same time.

The joint-announcement was celebrated by lead star Alan Ritchson, who posted across his social media channels. In the caption on Instagram, the actor wrote: "We got a heavy one-two punch coming your way."
The fourth season of Reacher will be based on Child's 2009 novel Gone Tomorrow, with the narrative following the titular character as he unravels a sinister conspiracy that begins with a potential act of terrorism.

Neagley, meanwhile, sees the private investigator take on a case involving a beloved friend from her past, who was found dead in suspicious circumstances. With the investigation being personal, she is hell-bent on attaining justice at whatever cost it takes.
In addition to Sten, the cast for the spin-off includes Greyston Holt, Jasper Jones, Adeline Rudolph, Matthew Del Negro and Damon Herriman, while Ritchson will reprise his role in a guest capacity.
Reacher returns on Prime Video on 12 August, while Neagley premieres on Prime Video on 16 September.
