Could we be getting an Adolescence season 2? It seems a possibility, as show bosses are in talks with Brad Pitt's production company Plan B for a follow-up.
The hit limited series – starring Stephen Graham, Ashley Walters, Erin Doherty, and Owen Cooper – told the story of 13-year-old Jamie Miller, who is arrested on suspicion of the murder of his classmate Katie.
Across four episodes, Adolescence shows the fallout from the horrific crime including its impact on Jamie's parents Eddie and Manda.
Adolescence fast became a huge hit, with it now becoming Netflix's most-watched UK show and it sparked debate over the prospect of it being introduced as essential viewing material in schools.
Off the back of this success, it seems more episodes of the streaming show could be on the horizon as Deadline reports Plan B Entertainment is in early talks for season 2.

What to Read Next
Co-presidents Dede Gardner and Jeremy Kleiner told the publication they are in conversation with Adolescence director Philip Barantini about the "next iteration" of the show, though they did not expand on what this means.
Deadline additionally reports Gardner and Kleiner wants Graham and Jack Thorne to reteam on the project, after writing Adolescence together.
Despite not sharing too much about the future of the show, Garnder did say she wanted to "widen the aperture, stay true to its DNA [and] not be repetitive".
She also added that the one-shot style of filming was essential to the show, telling the publication: "Phil’s style of doing the episodes in one take is not a gimmick. It’s very much in conversation with the subject matter.
"In early conversations with Stephen and Jack, they were talking about how it’s too easy to look away. You can look away from the school, you can look away from the police station, you can look away from the counseling, you can look away from the family.
"In that kind of prismatic way of viewing, you can duck the issue. So our theory was, what would happen if you couldn’t look away? And will that make the subject embed in you in a different way? That was a thrilling thing."
It comes as the show's production team, Warp Films, was confirmed to be heading up a TV adaptation of 1984 apocalyptic drama Threads.
Directed by Mick Jackson, the BAFTA-winning '80s film set in Sheffield followed two families during the events of a nuclear apocalypse.
Adolescence is available to stream now on Netflix.
