Baby Reindeer star Nava Mau has landed her next role in Netflix's You.
The actor, who broke out earlier this year in the Richard Gadd drama as Teri, has been cast in the role of Detective Marquez in the upcoming final season of You, according to Deadline.
Mau joins the fifth season alongside the previously announced Madeline Brewer as playwright Bronte, Anna Camp in the dual roles of Raegan and Maddie Lockwood, as well as Pete Ploszek, Natasha Behnam, Griffin Matthews and Tom Francis.

You follows the story of serial killer Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley), with filming on the final season underway.
Mau recently made history as the first trans nominee in the Emmy category for Supporting Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie.

Reacting to her nod, Mau told Deadline that she had been crying with "overwhelming joy".
"For trans actors we just don't get a lot of opportunities to develop our craft, grow as artists, and to be recognized for all that we are and all that we can be," she added.

"It has been a priceless experience being a part of this show. Every step of the way, I could feel the way the experience was transforming me, my life, and what feels possible. To be recognized by my peers in the Academy is a celebration of that transformation."
The star continued: "We can see that when trans people are given the opportunity, we will grow into it and so far beyond any expectation."
Baby Reindeer is based on Gadd's real-life stalking experience, and focuses on Gadd's character Donny Dunn as he is stalked by Martha (Jessica Gunning).

Opening up about the "real" element of her character Teri, who forms a romantic relationship with Donny, Mau previously told Digital Spy and other press: "When I read [the script], I could tell that Richard really loved her, whoever inspired this character.
"I think I knew that it was based on real life and it seemed really important to show people that trans women exist in real life and in relationships with real people. I could see Richard's heart in the writing and I hope that people will see it too."
You seasons 1-4 are streaming on Netflix. A fifth and final season has been announced. Baby Reindeer is streaming now on Netflix.
