Hollyoaks provides an unexpected update on Joel Dexter next week, as he makes contact with another character. But as his ex-wife Leela gets hope that Joel wants to see her again, things might not be as they seem…
Joel has been in prison since last year, serving a sentence for grievous bodily harm – though his murder charge was dropped when it was revealed that evil Jez killed therapist Tommy, not him.
