Hollyoaks spoilers follow from Thursday's episode on Channel 4 streaming, which doesn't air on E4 until Friday.
Hollyoaks' new arrival Jeremy Blake has revealed he intends to kill two Chester residents in a shock development.
In tonight's (July 18) streaming episode, Patrick Blake's twin confirmed Maxine Minniver's suspicions when he shared his plan to kill both Sienna Blake and Dilly Harcourt.
Jeremy arrived in Chester swearing he intended to repair the wrongdoings of his brother Patrick, and tried to get closer with his twin's daughter Sienna and ex-lover Maxine.

In new scenes, Sienna was shocked to see Jeremy and Patrick's mother Martha in a care home. Speaking to a nurse, she learnt Martha was brought there by her son after being diagnosed with severe dementia.

Recently, Jeremy had continued playing nice with Sienna and Maxine, but secretly kept Martha hidden in his shed and lied to the police, telling them his mother had been emotionally abusive.
Upon meeting Sienna, Martha told her ominously she was "dead", leaving Patrick's daughter puzzled and terrified.

Later on, Sienna asked Jeremy to talk about his mum after her encounter in the care home. Jeremy lied to both her and Maxine, saying he was embarrassed to burden them with his problems.
Sienna showed him her support, confirming he was part of their family and they'd be there for him.
At the nursing home, Jeremy drugged Martha to make sure she wouldn't interfere with his plan to destroy Patrick's daughters.
Eerily kissing Martha's cheek, Jeremy announced it'd soon be time for "the Blake sisters' final act".
Meanwhile, Sienna was none the wiser about Jeremy's real nature, telling Maxine she had a feeling he'd make a "huge impact" on their family's future.
Hollyoaks streams first online via Channel 4 each weekday at 7.30pm. Episodes then air on E4 the following day, before getting their YouTube premiere a week after that.
