Emmerdale spoilers follow from Thursday's episode (April 17), which is available to watch now on streaming service ITVX but hasn't yet aired on ITV1.
Emmerdale airs explosive scenes tonight as Caleb Miligan finally uncovers Joe Tate's twisted kidney plan.
The stage is set for a dramatic showdown as Caleb is confronted with three final clues which prove Joe's guilt.
Desperate for answers over what really happened on the day that he was stabbed, Caleb returns to the private clinic where he received emergency treatment.
Caleb rings the intercom and asks to speak to Dr Crowley, who was Joe's partner-in-crime for the illegal transplant.

The voice on the other end insists: "That won't be possible. You must be mistaken. There is no Dr Crowley working from this hospital and there never has been. I can't help you, I'm sorry."
Later, Caleb chats to Dawn Fletcher and his suspicions grow when he hears about the mysterious injury that Joe has been hiding since returning to the village last week.
The final straw comes when Caleb arrives at Home Farm to subtly question Joe and manages to find the medication he's been taking since the secret transplant.
With the horrifying truth now confirmed in his mind, Caleb's thoughts immediately turn to revenge...

Fans can see exactly how the showdown plays out when the episode airs tonight at 7.30pm on ITV1, or the episode is streaming now on ITVX.
Will Ash, who plays Caleb, recently teased: "It's such a huge violation for someone to do this. It's compounded by the fact that it's someone who Caleb thought had saved his life.
"Caleb would be incandescent with rage and he would want to kill Joe. In other situations, Caleb is not impulsive. He's quite calculated. He lets things happen and then he'll choose a moment to get revenge.
"But I think, with something like this, he'd just fly off the handle. It'd be totally out of character for him to be that extreme with his reaction, but it makes sense."
