Emmerdale's Sarah Sugden will have a drugs scare next week, when she takes a mystery pill.
In scenes airing on Tuesday, November 19, Sarah (Katie Hill) will swallow a tablet given to her by Danny (Louis Healy) at a party, horrifying Noah (Jack Downham).

Sarah is driven to taking the pill by wanting to enjoy life while she can, as she worries she won't live long. She has a rare genetic disease called Fanconi anaemia, and has gone through bone marrow and heart transplants as well as throat cancer.
Sarah has shown a more rebellious side in recent months following Danny's arrival, and has even clashed with Charity Dingle.
Last night's episode (November 11) ended with Charity and Vanessa splitting over Charity's involvement in a casino heist with Mandy and Vinny, which will leave both Sarah and Noah stunned.
