Emmerdale has waved goodbye to Megan Macey after a seven-year stint in the village.
The ITV soap aired Gaynor Faye's final scenes as Megan in Tuesday night's episode (August 27), as she decided to move away following Frank Clayton's funeral.
Megan has had her world turned upside-down this month, as her beloved partner Frank tragically lost his life in the factory blaze.
Realising there was nothing left for her in the village without Frank, grieving Megan made the impulsive decision to seek a fresh start by leaving the Dales.

Megan explained that she wanted to enrol her daughter Eliza in a school near Newcastle, which is dedicated to teaching children who have cerebral palsy.

Megan still co-owns Take A Vow with her friend Leyla Harding (Roxy Shahidi), but they decided to come to an agreement on the business's future at a later date.
Gaynor Faye announced her decision to leave Emmerdale in May this year. Speaking to OK Magazine, she explained: "It's a risk. I need to push myself out of my comfort zone. I've always been the type of person who doesn't want to stay playing the same character for too long.
"I've been on the show for over six years and have naturally reached a point where I'd like to do some other stuff."
Gaynor has since been cast in the new Band of Gold stage tour and will appear in the show alongside Hollyoaks actor Kieron Richardson, former EastEnders star Laurie Brett and ex-Coronation Street actor Shayne Ward.
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
