Coronation Street star Sue Cleaver welcomes new family addition

Coronation Street's Sue Cleaver has introduced her newborn grandson to the world on Instagram.

The long-serving Eileen Grimshaw actress uploaded an adorable selfie on Tuesday (October 25), showing her cradling the baby wrapped in a cream-coloured babygrow.

"Grandchild No.4 [four heart emojis] #grandchildren #family," read the caption.

Cleaver's comments section is now bursting with happy emojis and messages from fans.

"It's the best thing in the world isn't it being a grandparent," said one commenter, while another wrote: "Aww gorgeous. Congratulations to you all xxxx"

According to rumours, the Corrie star will be swapping nappy duties for the Australian rainforest very soon after touching down in Brisbane ahead of the new series of I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!.

Cleaver was pictured arriving at the airport this week, as were Radio X's Chris Moyles and Love Island's Olivia Attwood.

It's a case of dreams becoming reality for Attwood, as back in 2019, she revealed: "There have been conversations with I'm a Celebrity. It's ongoing. It would be my dream to do the jungle. I've made no qualms about that. It's such an iconic show.

"I think if I got to go on the show I would surprise people. I'm more of a tomboy than people think. Just because you look a certain way doesn't mean you can't eat a spider."
