28 Days Later is finally being released digitally this week.
The post-apocalyptic horror hasn't been available to watch at home since its release in 2002, unless you own a physical copy.
Fans will therefore be pleased to hear that the film will be released on digital platforms on Wednesday, December 18.
The news was announced on the film's official Instagram page on Monday (December 16), with the caption aptly reading: "The days are numbered."

Directed by Danny Boyle, 28 Days Later starred Cillian Murphy as a bicycle courier called Jim, who awakens from a coma to discover the accidental release of a highly contagious virus that had caused the breakdown of society.
A sequel, titled 28 Weeks Later, was released in 2007, with the next film in the series set to premiere in June 2025.
28 Years Later reunites Boyle and writer Alex Garland for a terrifying new story that is set 28 years after the rage virus escaped from a biological weapons factory.

The film marks the start of a brand-new trilogy, with The Marvels filmmaker Nia DaCosta directing the second entry from a script by Garland and Boyle.
Alongside a returning Murphy, the zombie horror also stars Jodie Comer, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Ralph Fiennes and Jack O'Connell.
In an interview with Deadline earlier this year, Murphy opened up about the franchise's impact, and revealed that he would be reprising his role of Jim in "a surprising way".
"[The original film has] really stood up, even though it's 22 years old now, so I'm really thrilled that we'll get the band back together to make this one," he said.
28 Days Later will premiere on digital platforms on Wednesday, December 18. 28 Years Later is released in cinemas on June 20, 2025.
