Snatch season two has been delayed as a result of the hurricanes that devastated Puerto Rico.
This month has seen Hurricane Maria and Hurricane Irma hit the Caribbean island where Snatch was due to film season two, with star Luke Pasqualino offering an update at the UK premiere of Snatch season one last night (September 28).
"If we knew anything [about season two], we'd be able to hint at it. Originally we were meant to be shooting in Spain and that got sidetracked, then we were going to shoot in Puerto Rico," he explained during a Q&A following the screening.
"We were set to go out there, but then two hurricanes in a week left Puerto Rico devastated, so we've had to delay it a while. We're leaving Manchester this time, so we're in the process of finding out where we're going."
Digital Spy has reached out to Sony Pictures Television for comment.
Snatch was picked up for a second season back in April shortly after the series launched in the US on Sony's streaming network Crackle.
