What to Read Next
Season one's synopsis reads: "What starts as a subversion of the heist genre, amped by thrilling life-or-death stakes, family dynamics, and explosive action, becomes an exploration of what drives us, sustains us, and ultimately destroys us."
Speaking to Tudum about the show's renewal, Kemp said: "I feel blessed to get a season two. We thank the fans…it’s because of them — there’s no other reason. It’s them showing up, them talking about it and their huge social media response
"We are grateful to Netflix for recognising the power of our audience and bringing us back for the fans."

Season one was also a big hit with critics and currently holds a 76% Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
Vulture said of the series: "Coltrane and Isaiah’s rivalry is ice-cold and entertaining as hell. It’s also just one piece of Nemesis’s radiant and textured mosaic, which arranges homage and archetype into something scorchingly original."
While The Hollywood Reporter wrote: "I never found Nemesis to be anything less than pulpy and entertaining -- an overstuffed eight-episode B-movie that concludes with a gaping cliffhanger that absolutely left me ready for the action to continue."
Nemesis season one is now streaming on Netflix.
