The BBC has confirmed that the popular The Lady Grace Mysteries will return for a second season, with the renewal order being part of an "exciting" and "powerful" slate of commissions from the broadcaster.
The teen spy series is based on Patricia Finney's collection of novels, and follows Lady Grace Cavendish in Tudor-era Britain as she "moves through the glittering yet treacherous world" of the royal court.
The much-loved series, which airs on CBBC, will return for a new season consisting of 10 episodes, with three Winter specials also being ordered. A release date is not yet known, though each instalment is reported to be 24 minutes in length.
