Love Island: All Stars has aired an explosive argument between Scott and Luca, as true feelings were revealed during Vegas Night.
In tonight's episode, Scott confessed his qualms about his partner Tina to Luca, Ronnie and Casey. "Something's stressing me out a little bit," he admitted. "When she's in the garden I'm not wanting to rush over. This girl is so good for me and the fact I'm not buzzing pisses me off."
Luca reassured his friend, telling him "you can't help how you feel", and the group agreed to keep the information between them.

"We'll make a pact - don't say anything to our girls cause if that gets back to Tina it needs to come from me," said Scott.

Later, the Islanders were treated to a glamorous casino-themed party, but tensions quickly rose when secrets were spilled during the game.
The All Stars took turns to spin the truth or dare roulette, completing either a truth or dare. When Scott was asked to kiss someone other than his partner, he chose Grace and joked around with Luca about his choice.
However, things escalated when Grace landed on a truth and Scott responded: "I'm not going there." Luca insisted on him saying what he was thinking but Scott refrained from "going there" out of "respect".

The pair got riled up and were separated by the other Islanders in order to continue the game. But later, Ekin-Su dared Luca to kiss the cheek of "someone that is in here for fame", and he chose Scott.
"I think when he was coming in, I think he got to know a few people before the Island and I think he wants to get far in here," Luca explained, adding: "And that's why you're with Tina, and you're not feeling it."
Scott was furious with Luca's revelation about his feelings, which led to an upset Tina leaving the game. "There's no coming back from that," he told Luca. "What have you just done?"
