Love Island star Luca Bish's family have issued a response after emotional scenes on the show.

On last night's All Stars episode, the reality star was seen getting tearful after Tina Stinnes coupled up with Scott Thomas.

As he was comforted by Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and others, Luca admitted his stint felt "so different" from the last time he was in the villa, as he was reassured he was doing "really well" and was a "better version" of himself.

"I swiped left to about 3,000 men before finding my human and he's expected to find one to love forever out of 7. I truly believe it'll happen for him soon enough. He has soooo much to give."
