Strictly Come Dancing 2024 winners Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell have announced a new project.

After beating JB Gill, Sarah Hadland and Tasha Ghouri to the Glitterball Trophy recently, the duo have been teasing something new together, and now they've confirmed what it is.

Dianne uploaded an Instagram video compilation of the two goofing around during their Strictly training, and wrote: "Want more of this nonsense?

"Chris and Dianne are going to be hooking up for a weekly publicly available catch up, otherwise known as a PODCAST. First episode out in just four days and counting.

"If you've got any questions for us, put them here and we will try to get around to answering some on the pod. See you all on Thursday (January 23). We can't wait! Details on name and where to find it soon."

What to Read Next

Chris has got a lot on his plate at the moment, as he is touring his new show Yoinks! until May next year. Plenty of dates over the next few months are sold out, so if you want to see him doing stand-up soon, you might want to check out his previous show, which has just been added to Netflix.

He's also announced a memoir set to be released in October, something he admitted to being nervous about.

"I thought Strictly was terrifying, but my book has a release date, and I haven't started writing it yet," he said earlier this month. "Don't worry, I'm going to start right now. It will be really funny, I promise."

His BBC Radio 4 panel show You Heard It Here First will also be back for a third season.

Strictly Come Dancing is expected to return later this year, while it historically airs on Saturdays on BBC One, with spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airing on weeknights on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
