Season 3 of the US edition stars the likes of Selling Sunset's Chrishell Stause, RuPaul's Drag Race's Bob the Drag Queen, wrestler Nikki Garcia, Zac Efron's brother Dylan and Britney Spears' ex Sam Asghari.

Alan Cumming returns as host, and teased: "Come friend, come foe, come one, come all. To the highlands to see who lives and who falls. Jokers and fools. Queens and kings. They'll take to the stage on invisible strings."

Meanwhile, the UK's third season is at its halfway point, with the latest episode seeing the exit of Livi Deane after being murdered by the Traitors.

In her goodbye message on social media, Livi asked fans not judge contestants too harshly, writing: "As I write this I want to remind you all it is a game and it's so hard to spot the Traitors.

"I have to say… if the Traitors were unknown to the public as well as us Faithfuls in the castle, I know that we would all get a feel of how hard it is to discover the Traitors. But having viewers privilege makes it so easy for judgements on mistakes made."

The Traitors streams on Peacock in the US and will premiere season 3 on Friday, January 24 in the UK on BBC iPlayer. Seasons 1-2 are now streaming on BBC iPlayer in the UK.
