Love Island's Ciaran Davies and Nicole Samuel have revealed they have split in a shock statement.
The pair rose to fame on the summer season of the ITV show earlier this year, where they finished as runners-up, and had already moved in together.
However, a representative for the two has now confirmed that they have decided to separate, though said that the former couple have left things on "amicable terms".

"Over the last couple of days Nicole and Ciaran have made the mutual decision to part ways," they said (via The Sun). "They have left the relationship on amicable terms, and will remain good friends going forward."
The stars are yet to comment individually on the split on social media, though still follow each other on Instagram.

Back in September, the couple opened up to DS about moving in together, Nicole saying: "We love it, we literally love it. It’s been fab."
Comparing it to their time in the villa, she added: "That’s the way we met each other. Straight away, in the villa. We picked up all the habits straight away. So no, we just knew.
"Coming home and being in the villa – it’s been exactly the same because we spent all that time together. So it’s been lush."
After their time in the villa, Nicole paid tribute to Ciaran by saying she found "true love that I never thought existed", while Ciaran called his time on the show the "greatest experience of my life".
Love Island airs on ITV2 and streams on ITVX.
