Love Island star George Knight sensationally quit the villa just days into the new series of the ITV2 reality show.
The first bombshell of the season will still feature in tonight's episode, but there's a major twist – his shock departure will not even air, as Digital Spy can reveal.
The professional footballer joined the show at the end of episode one on Monday night (1 June), where he and fellow bombshell Yasmin were given a secret mission by host Maya Jama to choose one boy and one girl to dump from the villa the next day.

George, who is originally from Winchester, had been growing closer to Robyn and Mica. In Wednesday's episode (3 June) viewers saw him flirt with Mica then just minutes later kiss Robyn on the terrace.
This was followed by George and Yasmin being tasked with choosing who they were going to dump from the villa. After much deliberation they revealed they were dumping Ellie and Samraj.

Up to now George has not announced his reason for leaving the show, but Digital Spy can now reveal he left for personal reasons.
An ITV spokesperson said: "Duty of care for the islanders is paramount so at this stage any further comment will come from George," and called the reasons for his departure "private".

George is yet to break his silence on his Instagram page, but some viewers have left messages criticising his decision of who he got rid of from the villa.
Others have said they are sad to see him go after such a short time in the show, with one saying: "He was the only one who had a bit of personality to him! That's such a shame."
