The Celebrity Traitors has broken its own viewing records, with a huge number of people tuning in to each episode of the series. Each episode has averaged around 14 million viewers among over-18s, much higher than the 10 million for season 3 (via The Sun). The celebrity spin-off is drawing closer to its conclusion — it's now in its penultimate week — and it looks like that figure is set to go even higher for the finale. Not only are more expected to tune in live, once monthly consolidated figures emerge, viewing figures will inevitably rise even higher.
Fans are currently on tenterhooks over the outcome of last week's cliffhanger, which saw Kate Garraway, Nick Mohammad and Lucy Beaumont all up for a face-to-face murder from the Traitors.
Meanwhile, Alar Carr has given an update on his friendship with Paloma Faith after murdering her in plain sight earlier in the season.
"I'm killing people willy nilly. I've got a real taste for it. I killed Paloma Faith. She’s not happy about it," he said on the Life's a Beach podcast.
