All four seasons of alien romance Roswell, New Mexico are now available to stream for free in the UK.
Well before Edward Cullen and Bella Swan landed on the scene of supernatural romances in The Twilight Saga, Roswell was the series to turn to if you were into an over-the-top star-crossed love affair.
An adaptation of the Roswell High book series by Melinda Metz, the original 1990s show starring Shiri Appleby and Katherine Heigl was then rebooted into Roswell, New Mexico, which ran for four seasons between 2019 and 2022.
All 52 episodes of the reboot are now available to watch on ITVX, with the series proving to be a success with audiences having jumped to #3 of the most watched television content on the platform.
Roswell, New Mexico initially received mixed reviews with its first season, landing an approval rating of 55% on Rotten Tomatoes from 20 reviews. The follow-up fared much better, however, scoring a perfect 100% on the same site from five reviews.

"Exciting, emotional, and full of cliffhangers" wrote Forbes as they called the second season "phenomenal", while The Arts Desk remarked that the "blast of extra-terrestrial weirdness" was best enjoyed as "schlocky escapism".
While Roswell starred Heigl, who would then shoot to fame as Izzie Stevens in Grey's Anatomy, the reboot also featured an actor from the long-running medical drama in the shape of Jeanine Mason.
The actor, who portrayed Sam Bello in Grey's, plays the new protagonist, Liz Ortecho. A brilliant biomedical researcher, Liz is the daughter of undocumented immigrants who discovers her teenage crush is an alien.
The reboot ages the characters up compared to the first adaptation, which was mostly set during high school.

Roswell, New Mexico also stars Nathan Dean as Liz's teen crush Max Evans, who is now the town's deputy sheriff, while Lily Cowles and Michael Vlamis portray Isobel and alien drifter Michael Guerin respectively.
Prey star Amber Midthunder appears in flashback as Liz's older sister Rosa, who died in a mysterious car crash that may have or may have not involved Max.
Roswell, New Mexico seasons 1-4 are available to stream now on ITVX.
