Paramount+'s upcoming female-led thriller Little Disasters has released some first-look images of the cast, including Diane Kruger, EastEnders' Jo Joyner and The Split's Ben Bailey-Smith.
Coming to the streamer later this spring, the six-part drama series adapts the book of the same name from bestselling author Sarah Vaughan, who also penned the acclaimed novel Anatomy of a Scandal.
The series centres on a group of four expectant women who've been friends for most of their lives and now attend the same antenatal class.
The mystery at the heart of the show is set in motion when stay-at-home mum Jess (Kruger) brings her baby daughter Betsy to the hospital with a head injury she can't explain.
Jess sees her picture-perfect life threatened when her friend Liz (Joyner), who's the on-duty A&E doctor, makes a tough call and alerts social services.

The first-look snaps sees Kruger's Jess running in distress and seemingly being confronted by her husband Ed (JJ Feild), while in another shot she looks pensively at her family reunited at the dinner table.
Other images shows Liz at work and being comforted by her husband, Nick (Bailey-Smith).
Meanwhile, Jess and Liz's two other friends, Mel (Emily Taaffe) and Charlotte (Shelley Conn), are roped into the inexplicable, tense situation, with the quartet projecting their own insecurities onto one another.
The cast for the series is rounded out by Patrick Baladi and Stephen Campbell Moore.

Both Kruger and Joyner weighed in on the show's look at the impossible expectations on mothers when the series was announced last year.
"I think this series will offer a relatable story which examines the crippling judgement levied upon mothers by society," Kruger said. "The story so wonderfully explores the fragility of reputation, with the rapid unravelling of Jess' seemingly perfect life."
As for Joyner, the former EastEnders star said: "We meet Liz at a moment when she has to make an impossible choice between her duty as a doctor and loyalty to her friend.
"I'm really looking forward to working alongside this great cast and to start exploring the impact of Liz's decision."
Little Disasters starts streaming on Paramount+ this spring, with a release date to be announced in due course.
