The BBC's new Agatha Christie adaptation Towards Zero has divided fans after premiering last night.
The show follows a tennis star in the midst of a highly-public divorce, who decides to make a coastal retreat with both his ex-wife and his new partner. A murder eventually happens, and a lot of people come under suspicion.
The Haunting of Bly Manor's Oliver Jackson-Cohen plays tennis star Neville Strange, Matthew Rhys plays the Inspector, and Anjelica Huston stars as Lady Tressilian, the coastal home owner with a no-nonsense attitude.

What to Read Next
Some people loved it, while others found it boring, and the changes made in turning the 1944 novel into a 2025 TV show were similarly liked and disliked, depending on who you ask.
On Instagram, positive comments included people calling the show "absolutely fabulous" and "sensational", praising the mystery and how well the beauty of Devon was captured.
"Loved it, even though I remember the story. It takes a different slant from what I remember," wrote one fan.
A more mixed comment read: "Watched all 3 on iPlayer. Adored casting, setting, wardrobe, tone but will admit some of the changes didn't add much value or interest for me."

"Crikey, this was boring," read a negative comment. "I managed to persevere with episode 1, but by mid-episode 2, I couldn't handle the boredom any longer and switched off."
Another viewer said: "Managed to watch only 15 minutes. So different from the book, can't understand the changes honestly."
Over on X, some viewers called the adaptation "boring" and complained about a "slow start", even in posts praising the visuals and acting.
One person who "really enjoyed" the show added: "Having not read the book, I have no complaints re the plot. Maybe I'll read it to see what the fuss was about."
Towards Zero is available in full on BBC iPlayer now, while episode 2 will on BBC One this Sunday (March 9).
