In June, Sky announced that Brassic would be back for a seventh series – three months ahead of season six's release.

Thrilled by the news, the show's co-creator Danny Brocklehurst said in a statement at the time: "Brassic is a delight to make and it's a privilege to create more chaos for our loyal and loving audience."

According to Sky, season seven will see the show reach the 50-episode milestone, cementing it as the broadcaster's biggest original comedy.

Late last month, the first four seasons of Brassic landed on Netflix UK introducing the comedy to a new streaming audience. The show has released five seasons to date, as well as a Christmas special in 2023.

Brassic airs on Sky Max and NOW, and seasons 1-4 are now on Netflix. Season six will be released on Sky and NOW on September 26.
