Neighbours resident barman Aaron Brennan is set to face fresh heartbreak with Rhett in an upcoming storyline.
Fans of the soap will know that Aaron recently decided to cut ties with Rhett who he met after his husband David Tanaka died last year.
The pair struck up a romance recently but parted ways when the anniversary of David's death proved too much for Aaron.

When Aaron met with Jane to discuss how to mark the occasion, Aaron told Jane he didn't think he was ready to move onto another relationship just yet.

After Jane told Aaron to think about his decision before making it, Aaron, who had been hiding his feelings from Rhett, met with him to tell him the truth.
During the discussion, Aaron came clean to Rhett, telling him that he isn't ready for a serious relationship at the moment and in upcoming scenes we learn whether or not Aaron will regret his decision.
In scenes set to air on Tuesday, February 11, Aaron begins to doubt himself, unsure if he was too hasty in making a decision about Rhett.

With Valentine's Day approaching, a lonely Aaron begins to harbour regrets about having turned down Rhett.
After receiving some encouragement from Nicolette, a nervous Aaron decides to put himself out there and asks Rhett for another shot with him.
However, upon confessing his true feelings and expressing his regret, Aaron is devastated to learn that Rhett has already moved on.
Has Aaron missed his chance with Rhett for good? Or could Rhett decide that Aaron is the one he really wants to be with?
Meanwhile, Aaron will uncover another Neighbours star's romance when he realises that Jane is romantically involved with newcomer Clint Hendry.
Aaron figures out that Jane is happy because she is having a secret romance with the much younger Clint.
