Holly's panicked when she sees the waterlogged control boards and is terrified that Yaz will sack her for this. But to Holly's surprise, Yaz points out that accidents happen and reassures Holly that her job is not in jeopardy.
Holly confides to Yaz that she was triggered by Kendall wearing the perfume Holly tried to get rid of. Under the guise of being a caring boss, Yaz tells Holly that having such a huge reaction isn't a normal response, and is clearly a sign that Holly is struggling.
Holly admits that she's had a hard time lately, and it doesn't help having Karl and Susan overseas. Yaz insists that Holly can lean on her if she needs support, and Holly's in awe of how seemingly caring Yaz is.

Later, Yaz confides in Nicolette about the lingering questions surrounding her brother's death. Nicolette admits if she were in Yaz's shoes, she would do whatever it takes to get the truth. Yaz takes this on board, planting some Lights Up audio visual equipment in the Kennedy house.
Having been given an early night to get some much-needed rest, Holly is later woken by the haunting sound of Heath's voice piercing the darkened house. Yaz is watching on, thrilled to see Holly spiral further.

Aaron later relays how caring Yaz was towards Holly and encourages Nicolette to give her another chance. Elsewhere, Paul signs Sadie up for a piercing course, to see whether it might be a service they can offer at the Day Spa. Byron's stunned when Sadie returns home with a septum piercing, and has to cover his shock, assuring Sadie he thinks it's great.
Sadie's scared to tell Andrew, but is pleasantly surprised by his positive reaction. Sadie jokes that maybe she should get another piercing, and Byron has to bite his tongue, desperately hoping she doesn't go through with it.
