Hollyoaks star Jessica Fox has unveiled her new hair transformation.

The actor, who plays Nancy Osborne in the Channel 4 soap, shared a selfie on her Instagram page showing her signature fringe is gone in place of a new look.

Jessica shared a picture of her new brunette pixie crop, alongside the caption: "Anyone else ready for spring?"

Fans flocked to the comments to praise her new do, saying it is "beautiful" and "gorgeous" after she shared a post looking to "rediscover a sense of self" amid her life as a parent to son River, whom she welcomed in 2023.

Sharing a selfie taken in a mirror, she wrote in the caption: "I’ve set myself a goal this year to try and rediscover a sense of self. I flit from who I want to be, how I want to look on the daily - I am easily influenced by the creators I see and follow but on my 5 foot frame with a body that’s a completely different shape to the one I used to have, I rarely see what I want to in the mirror.

Over in soapland, Jessica's character Nancy closed out 2024 in dramatic fashion after her husband Darren Osborne returned to the village.

Darren had gone missing for several weeks due to his devastating mental health struggles and conflict within his family. He stayed in Charlie Dean's university flat, but when he saw Nancy collapse during a TV appeal to find him, he returned home.

But he didn't receive a warm welcome from Jack and Frankie, while Nancy was more confused than ever suspecting her husband Darren was having an affair.

Hollyoaks airs on Mondays-Wednesdays with its Channel 4 streaming premiere at 7am, then an E4 broadcast the same night at 7pm. Full episodes are also released on YouTube a week after their Channel 4 release.
