Hollyoaks spoilers follow.

Hollyoaks star Emma Johnsey-Smith has addressed Dilly Harcourt's dramatic exit.

In shocking scenes that aired earlier this week, it was revealed that Jeremy Blake had murdered Dilly after Sienna told her the truth about her responsibility for Ethan's death.

Dilly told Jez about Sienna's confession, unaware that he already knew, and to keep her silent he took drastic steps by killing Dilly and putting her body in a picnic hamper. After Jez's confession, Sienna was then left with no choice but to help him dispose of the body.
