Hollyoaks spoilers follow.
Hollyoaks has accidentally aired an unused scene in the recap of a recent episode.
At the end of Tuesday's (August 20) episode of the Channel 4 soap, Martha shockingly revealed that Sienna is actually Jeremy Blake's daughter, not Patrick's.
The scene shows Martha standing as she relays the information to Sienna with panic in her voice.
However, in the recap segment of the following episode on Wednesday, a slightly different, unused version of the same scene was shown.

This time, Martha reveals the news to Sienna while she's sitting down, with a much calmer tone.
The blunder was noticed by Reddit user Omega-Beta-Zeta, after they watched the two episodes back-to-back.
As viewers will know, Jeremy Sheffield recently returned to the village as Patrick Blake's estranged twin brother Jeremy, alongside Loose Women's Sherrie Hewson as his mother Martha.
After Jeremy put his mum in a nursing home and revealed his sinister plans to kill Patrick's daughters, Martha escaped and rushed to Sienna's house, where she revealed that Jeremy is her dad.

Discussing the twist while speaking to Inside Soap, Anna Passey, who plays Sienna, said: "I was definitely shocked. There's so much legacy with it being Patrick, but it's a brilliant twist."
Explaining how Sienna might react if this is proven by Martha to be true, she continued: "It would be such a mixed bag of emotions. On the one hand, she gets to have a father, and he's lovely!
"But if this was allowed to happen, why did it, and how did she end up with the childhood she had when it could've been so different? How did it possibly come to pass that Sienna got given to the wrong Blake?
"So much damage came with that. There would be lots of questions!"
Hollyoaks streams first online via Channel 4 each weekday at 7.30pm. Episodes then air on E4 the following day, before getting their YouTube premiere a week after that.
Selected omnibus episodes are available via Prime Video.
