Hollyoaks has confirmed a shocking Ste Hay twist following the death of Ella Richardson.
Ste has been desperately trying to hide the fact that he accidentally killed his daughter Leah Barnes's best mate Ella in a hit-and-run crash earlier this month.
As he desperately raced to get Leah to hospital, Ste took his eyes off the road before he mowed down Ella. He has since paid Kane to unknowingly help him cover up the crime.
In upcoming episodes, Ste will grow increasingly concerned as Leah's nightmares become more disturbing.
After confiding in Diane Hutchinson about what his daughter is going through, she offers to help find a counsellor that Leah can speak to.
