Hollyoaks spoilers follow for Wednesday's episode from Channel 4 streaming, which will air on E4 on Thursday.
Hollyoaks has aired further fallout from James Nightingale locking Lucas Hay up in a shed overnight.
Earlier in the week, James was fed up with Lucas' misbehaving and ignorance when he tried to open up about his own childhood trauma, so decided to put the youngster through the same horrific experience by locking him up in a shed overnight with only a bottle of water.

Wednesday's (December 6) instalment starts with Lucas apologising to James and promising to behave. Ste seemed pleased that the "hard-line parenting" was working, but had no idea what actually went down.
Lucas' best mate Dillon Ray soon realised that something was up, and tried to find out what happened by claiming that he didn't grass about the locker incident so deserved to know — but got nothing.

However, Leah Barnes later revealed to Dillon that Lucas had been out all night, but wrongly deduced that he has a secret girlfriend. That gave him space to make excuses about why he had been angry lately and he hadn't introduced her to anyone.

Later, at the youth centre, a new character named Andre introduced himself to Lucas and Hay and asked questions about their friendship and Dillon's hand.
Although he said he was just killing time in the village and wouldn't be hanging around, he pulled out his phone to reveal a photo of Lucas, Dillon and their friendship group together. Just who is he and what's he got planned?
