Emmerdale spoilers follow for the latest episode to air on ITV.
Manpreet Sharma has made a big decision in tonight's episode of Emmerdale, as Joe Tate's current storyline continues.
Joe has chronic kidney disease and has been working with dodgy Dr Crowley to find a donor among his relatives. They turned their attention to Caleb Miligan after first targeting Noah, who turned out to not be a match.
Previously, he had gained Manpreet's trust after he paid off her 'blackmailer' (Crowley in secret).

At the start of tonight's episode, Joe saw Manpreet talking to Caleb in the graveyard and approached her to tell her he was concerned that Caleb may have the disease.

He said he couldn't simply talk to Caleb about it given all of the messy history, but Manpreet said that she was sorry and couldn't help him.
However, when Caleb came into the surgery after hearing that Chas had hit her head in an accident, Manpreet said he looked terrible and offered him a quick health check.
Ella walked in and was surprised to see Manpreet checking his blood pressure and noted that Caleb wasn't booked in on the system. Manpreet apologised and said it was due to Chas' accident, and she seemed to buy it.

After Ella walked out, Manpreet mentioned that Caleb had mentioned his father had heart issues and recommended a quick blood test, which he agreed to.
After taking the sample, Manpreet went to the church before going to Joe. She confided in Charles Anderson that she had done something considered unethical, but he assured her that she was probably doing it for the right reasons (at least that's what she believes – Joe is lying to her).
Will she go through with giving Joe the blood sample?
