Emmerdale star James Hooton has teased Sam Dingle's impact in the soap's upcoming crash episodes.
The ITV show is due to air the big stunt tonight, as two limos filled with many of the village's residents are involved in separate crashes.
Among them is Sam, who along with many of the other men is suited up for the limo ride, James revealing they all looked "so dapper" for the James Bond-themed evening.

"But a few martinis in and with Sam sporting a rather odd shark head mask the evening quickly turned on its head," he then warned, noting tensions after Caleb learns that Cain had slept with his wife Ruby.

"Sam, a bit after most of the others in the limo, realises that Caleb has a massive axe to grind at Cain and just as they are learning what has happened then the crash happens," he explained. "And then it all goes horribly wrong for some of them."
James revealed that he was "pleased" to be part of the scenes, teasing that Sam may provide some comic relief amid the drama.

"Sam is quite often there for the light relief so when the atmosphere goes dark it’s good to have that release of someone lighter and more comedic on hand," he said. "And I think he does that well in these scenes."
One of the limos ends up in a frozen lake, James further praising the crew for the work they put into making the disaster look realistic.
"I absolutely loved being part of these episodes and what the design team have created at the Emmerdale car park is astounding," he said.

"Filming in the winter, at night, in the Emmerdale village is quite a gruelling process as it can be very long hours and very cold and exposed. However, the team on this block was amazing. It was such a great crew and I felt honoured to be a part of it.
"The ice lake is a true spectacle and I can’t wait to see the reaction from the audience when they see the scenes play out.
"The way they got the limo to sink into the ice was amazing and some of the action as it goes down is truly distressing," James added, before teasing: "I would not want to be stuck under that ice. Or was I?"
Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
