Emmerdale spoilers follow from Thursday's episode (December 12), which is available to watch now on streaming service ITVX but hasn't yet aired on ITV1.
Emmerdale has confirmed that Kim Tate's mystery enemy will arrive in the village this Christmas.
The ITV soap has been keeping fans guessing over an unknown third party who's pulling the strings in Will Taylor and Peter's revenge plans.
Will has teamed up with Kim's financial advisor Peter to bring her down once and for all.
Some scenes have shown Peter on the phone to another accomplice, who seems to have their own motivation for wanting to see Kim suffer.

In Thursday's episode, Peter informed Will that their plans would now have to wait until Christmas Day to accommodate their secret co-conspirator.
Peter explained: "My hands are tied, I'm afraid. I've been told it has to be Christmas Day. Let's just say someone else has a vested interest in bringing down your wife."
He added that the person in question had approached him with the idea, and he felt the collaboration would be "very beneficial".
Although he refused to disclose the individual's identity, Peter told Will: "It would be worth you trusting this other man. There could be a much bigger prize for all parties. He's out of the country until Christmas Eve, that's why we have to wait."

Will was visibly frustrated over Peter's delaying tactics and felt that his "cruel" plans for Kim were starting to go too far. But has he already lost control of the situation?
Earlier this week, Emmerdale confirmed that Kim and Will's storyline is taking centre stage in the Christmas episodes.
As Will prepares to pull the trigger on his revenge plans, Kim mysteriously disappears and a sinister flashforward scene hints at a violent incident at Home Farm.
