Emmerdale spoilers follow from Tuesday's episode (November 26), which is available to watch now on streaming service ITVX but hasn't yet aired on ITV1.

Emmerdale schemer Will Taylor has decided to fight on with his ruthless revenge plans against his wife Kim Tate.

Will made the risky choice in Tuesday's episode after receiving some home truths from bad boy Ross Barton.

Recent episodes saw Will team up with Ross to trick Kim by briefly faking his own death.

Against the odds, the wild plan brought the bickering couple back together as they agreed to give their troubled marriage another try.

Tuesday's episode saw the reunion turn sour as Ross found a way to twist the knife.

Annoyed after an argument with Kim, mischievous Ross scoffed at Will's decision to reconcile with the Home Farm boss.

Painting Kim in the worst light possible, Ross explained: "When I told her that you were dead, she wanted to know where the body was. Not so she could mourn her loving husband, so she could dispose of you, clean up the mess so that she wasn't incriminated.

"You're on borrowed time – shacked up with the black widow. It's all about her – from what I've heard, it always has been."

Taking these words to heart, Will wondered whether it was really such a good idea to destroy the "dirty dossier" of evidence that his solicitor had compiled to use against Kim in their divorce.

Kim wanted Will to prove his loyalty by getting rid of his leverage, but Will ultimately decided to carry on plotting with Kim's financial advisor Peter.

Will had secretly joined forces with Peter when he first started plotting against Kim, but he had cold feet this week when he thought that he could make things work with his wife.

Changing his mind again, Will told Peter: "She asked me to destroy the papers as a sign of trust. Not me, not spending time together, just business and self-preservation.

"Nowt's changed. I've still got copies, so we hit her where it hurts."

This was music to Peter's ears, as he called a mystery contact to keep them informed over the plan against Kim…
