Emmerdale spoilers follow from Tuesday's episode (December 3), which is available to watch now on streaming service ITVX but hasn't yet aired on ITV1.
Emmerdale schemer Tom King has begun his attempts to manipulate his young cousin Angelica.
The show's latest episode saw Tom start to make new plans as he realised that he could use Angelica's loyalty to his advantage.
Tom has lost the support of his uncle Jimmy and ex-girlfriend Amelia Spencer after his recent downfall, which saw him make a failed attempt to flee abroad after being charged with coercive controlling behaviour and assault.
The villain is now being held on remand in prison and will have to face a court trial over his evil abuse of his wife Belle.

In Tuesday's episode, Tom was surprised to learn that Angelica had made an application to be added to his list of contacts.
Angelica had sneakily used Jimmy's name alongside her own phone number, giving her an opportunity to talk to Tom.
With his mind whirring, Tom immediately realised that he could use this to his advantage as he plans his defence.
As Angelica quizzed Tom on the damning accusations against him, he predictably denied everything and insisted that Belle was merely "confused".

When Angelica mentioned a past occasion when she'd noticed Belle behaving strangely, Tom replied: "See – I don't even have to tell you. You've seen it first hand. You're smarter than the lot of us. That's what I was dealing with – day in, day out."
Angelica was pleased with the compliment, but had to end the call abruptly when Jimmy and Nicola returned home.
The troubled teenager is currently feeling vulnerable after returning to the village following her time in the Secure Children's Home. She served an eight-month sentence this year for her involvement in Heath Hope's death.
Now fearing that she doesn't fit in with the rest of her family, will Angelica continue to focus her efforts on supporting Tom?
Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
